Pour ma belle-soeur/ For my sister-in-law

My sister-in-law is in the hospital (she's in her early thirties) and we don't know what's ailing her.  I'm worried about her and wanted to send her a card to make her smile.  With the postal strike going on now, I'm not sure when she will get it.
I want to mention that I did not coloured the image.  When I ordered at Lili of the Valley, I though that the picture with come without colours!  All papers and the ribbon are SU.  The flowers are Wild Orchid Crafts, pearls made with Viva Decor Pearl, Stickles and bling with my I-Rock.  I also added some Crystal Effects on the bottle.
I choose this image because it's the only one I have for a sick person.  I have another set, but it's only funny in english!
I followed the sketch at Sweet Sketch Wednesday.

Best wishes for a speedy recovery for you sister-in-law. I agree with Kathie. It is difficult to watch someone you love be sick. Wish her the best. I was looking at your "about me" info and want to thank you for your serve. We can never thank those enough, that serve in the Armed Forces.
Your card is adorable and I love your sweet image. Great take on the sketch. Thanks for joining us.
