Finally the week-end is here! Yesterday, I fought with a tree... I'll explain. We were having a rescue practice on an island and I was lowered to the ground with the hoist. Then, the person in the helicopter lowered a cable. Usually, I take the cable and guide a stretcher on the ground. Not this time!!! The cable got stuck in a tree and it took me 15 minutes of groans and efforts to get it free!J'ai une carte de fête pour un garçon:
I have a birthday card for a boy:Lili of the Valley.
He's so cute and mischievous!!! The patterned paper is DCWV and the rest of the cardstock is SU. I found the ribbon at Michaels and made the bow with my Bow Easy. I used a Spellbinders die cut around the sentiment. I followed the sketch at Lili of the Valley.
I coloured the Lili of the Valley image with Copics and added Crystal Effects on the water. Yesterday, I went to my local craft store and bought 3 different kinds of papers to use with Copics. I tried the Bazzil and I found that it was bleeding a lot. I then decided to cut my loss and do it again with X-Press blending. Unfortunately, I filled one of my marker too much and it decided to leak a big fat drop right as I was doing his cheeks! I couldn't fix it, so I went back to the original image that I started earlier.
I made the buttons with paper, punches and Crystal Effects.
