Guest DT at Color Me Creative

Hi everyone,

I was so excited when I discovered that I was picked to be guest designer at Color Me Creative!!!!  This time, the challenge is to show our favorite way to colour texture.

J'étais bien exitée quand j'ai appris qu'on m'a choisi chez Color Me Creative pour être la prochaine designer invitée!!!  Le défi cette fois-ci est de nous montrer votre façon favorite de colorier de la texture.

I was given this sweet little bear from StampFairy.  Isn't he cute?!!!!  The card is simple, just a little bit of ribbon, a charm and some gems.

On m'a donné ce beau petit ourson de Stamp Fairy.  N'est-il pas adorable?!!!  La carte est simple, juste un peu de ruban, un charme et des pierres.

I coloured Patches with Love with Copics with the flicking method.  I love my bear very furry, lol!!!!  

Je l'ai colorié avec mes Copics en faisant de petites lignes.  J'aime mes oursons bien poillus!!!

You can barely see it, but I stamped "love you" on the heart with a stamp sprayed with Colorless Blender.

C'est dur à voir, mais j'ai estampé "love you" sur le coeur avec une estampe vaporisée avec du Colorless Blender.

Première digi de Make it Crafty/first digi

J'ai finalement plié et je me suis acheté quelques images de Make it Crafty (d'accord, plusieurs *rire*!!!).  Elles sont toutes fantastiques et un peu compliquées à colorier.

I finally folded and bought a few Make it Crafty images (ok, many, lol!!!).  They are all fantastic and a little bit more complicated to colour.

Je suis désolé de la qualité de la photo.  Mon mari est en voyage pour le travail et il a ammené la caméra.  Il est revenu et j'ai ajouté la photo du dessus qui est  bien mieux!
Je n'avais pas de papier pour aller avec les couleurs de l'image, je les ai donc colorié avec mes Copics ainsi que le ruban.  J'ai embossé le fond avec ma Cuttlebug et ajouté des pierres.
J'ai colorié Ashlyn avec mes Copics sur du carton Neenah.  C'est la première fois que je colore une blonde platine.  J'ai regardé un video sur youtube de Zoe chez Make it Crafty pour m'aider à choisir les couleurs.
I'm sorry for the quality of the picture.  My husband is travelling for work and he brought the camera with him.  He's back and I added the top picture which is much better!
I didn't have any cardstock to go with the colours I used on the image, so I coloured them and the ribbon with Copics.  I embossed the background with my Cuttlebug and the Victoria folder and added gems.
I coloured Ashlyn with Copics on Neenah cardstock.  It's the first time I coloured platinum blonde hair. I watched a youtube video from Zoe at Make it Crafty to get some tips.

Guest Designer at Color Me Creative

Hello,

I'm so nervous being guest designer at Color Me Creative!  I took all of Suzanne J. Dean Copic classes and bought all her DVD's.  It's a huge honor and I recoloured the image a couple of times and kept adding stuff to the card!  I still don't think it's up to the standard, but it will have to do, lol!!!

OK, let's get down to business.  The challenge this time is baby/child themed.

Je suis très nerveuse d'être l'invitée designer pour Color Me Creative!  J'ai appris à colorier avec mes Copics en suivant les cours de Suzanne J. Dean.  C'est un très grand honeur et j'ai recoloriée l'image plusieurs fois et je n'arrêtais pas d'ajouter des items à la carte.  Je ne crois pas que c'est au standard, mais ça va faire, *rire*!!!  
Bon, le thème du défi est bébé/enfant.

I didn't want to hide the beautiful patterned paper by DCWV.  I did add some flowers from WOC and dew drops that I both coloured with Copics.  I added lots of sparkle with Stickles, Smooch Illuminate and Glimmer Glaze.

Je ne voulais pas cacher le beau papier à motif de DCWV.  J'ai quand même ajouté des fleurs de WOC et des dew drops que j'ai colorié avec mes Copics.  J'ai ajouté beaucoup de brillant sous la forme de Stickles, Smooch Illuminate et Glimmer Glaze.

I coloured the sweet Magnolia image called Sleeping Baby Tingla with Copics on Neenah cardstock.

J'ai colorié la belle image de Magnolia avec mes Copics sur du carton Neenah.
