Fall or Winter theme at Kraftin' Kimmie

C'est samedi et c'est le temps pour un nouveau défi chez Kraftin' Kimmie!!!!! Cette fois-ci le thème est: automne ou d'hiver.

 J'ai fait une carte de Noël bien simple. Pour finir, j'ai mis un sentiment et du Stickles sur les rebords.

I made a simple Christmas card using a band with the sentiment and image. I added an embossed sentiment and Stickles on the edges.

 J'ai colorié la maison avec mes crayons Prismacolor.

I coloured the house with Prismacolor pencils.

Pour ce mercredi, c'est moi qui vous inspire chez Kraftin' Kimmie!!!!!  J'ai choisi le set d'estampe You're Gnaw-Some, ce set peut être utilisé pour plusieurs occasions avec juste un peu d'ingénuité!!!

For this inspirational Wednesday, I'm using the stamp set YOU'RE GNAW-SOME. With a little bit of creativity, you can make it a perfect Christmas set!!!

J'ai utilisé des papier à motif de Echo Park. Vous pouvez remarquer que ces cartes sont très similaires à celles que j'ai faites pour la fête du Canada. J'ai un ami qui m'a demandé des cartes de Noël pour sa belle famille au Japon et il voulait quelque chose de TRÈS Canadien, hihihi!!!! 

J'ai colorié les castors avec mes crayons Prismacolor. J'ai ajouté des chapeaux et des cannes de Noël que j'ai dessiné à la main.

 Pour finir, j'ai ajouté des points en émail et du Stickles sur les rebords.

I used Echo Park patterned papers. You might notice that these cards are very similar to some I made for Canada day. A friend asked me to make some Christmas cards for his in-laws in Japan. He wanted something VERY Canadian, lol!!!! So I thought that beavers would be perfect but he also wanted Canada written in big!!! So this is the result!!!!

I first started by inking the images with Sandy Shores hybrid ink for a no line effect. I then coloured the beavers with Prismacolor pencils. I added hand drawn hats and candy canes.

To finish off these unusual Christmas cards, I added some krafty dots and Stickles on the edges.

 J'ai fait une carte de Noël chevalet. J'ai utilisé le set Winter Scenery pour les montagnes et les arbres et le reste est de Reindeer Games. Pour finir, j'ai ajouté deux sentiments que j'ai embossé et quelques points en émail.

I made an easel Christmas card. I used Winter Scenery for the mountains and trees and the rest is from Reindeer Games. I added two embossed sentiments, krafty dots and Stickles on the edges.

J'ai fait une carte très simple.  J'ai mis du Stickles sur les rebords, un sentiment embossé de SU et des pierres pour ajouter du brillant!

I made CAS style card. I put Stickles on the edges, an embossed SU sentiment and some gems for added sparkle!!!

J'ai colorié Twinkle Star Tilda avec mes crayons Prismacolor.

I coloured Twinkle Star Tilda  with Prismacolor pencils.

In case you are new to Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps, we have been creating whimsical krafty stamp sets for ELEVEN YEARS! So we have lots of incredible designs that have long retired and once in a while, we bring one back for you!

Today, we are bringing back two holiday images that were originally released in 2012!!! It's just in time for those Christmas creations! Those images were only ever released in rubber and NOW you can get it in clear photopolymer!

This incredibly fun stamp set will be available in the Krafty Shop at 10am ET this morning Saturday October 31st.

I made a very simple card for the Krafty Komeback. I finished it with a sentiment, some krafty dots and Stickles around the edges!

I coloured the elf with watercolour.

We've got TWO brand new Krafty Stencils for this month's release to help accessorize your creations!

They are called MAGICAL MOSAIC and SO MANY SQUARES!

And of course, we are adding the perfect new coordination Krafty Dots for this release. The package includes enamel dots in varying sizes in 6 different colours! These ones are called

DAZZLING KRAFTY DOTS!

 J’ai fait une carte interactive shaker. Les anges vont de haut en bas!!!! J'ai pris le stencil Magical Mosaic pour faire l'étoile. Pour la touche final, j'ai mis du Stickles sur les rebords et les nouveaux points en émail. J'ai fait le mécanisme avec de l'acétate.

I made an interactive seesaw shaker card!!!! The angels go up and down. I used the Magical Mosaic stencil for the coloured star. For the finishing touch, I added Stickles around the edges and the new krafty dots. I made the "mechanism" with acetate.

Day #3 Winter Scenery at Kraftin' Kimmie

  Bonjour,

C'est la troisième journée des nouveautés pour le mois d'octobre chez Kraftin' Kimmie et je vous présente le set d'estampe WINTER SCENERY de Allison Cope !!!!  C'est parfait pour faire des scène d'hiver.

Today we are absolutely thrilled to be introducing a brand new artist... and you already know her as she's part of the DT crew: ALLISON COPE!!

 J’ai fait une carte longue bien simple. J'ai fait l'arrière plan avec de l'aquarelle et j'ai ajouté des rails de train. J'ai colorié la petite maison avec mes crayons Prismacolor et j'ai fini avec des points en émail ainsi que du Stickles sur les rebords.

I made a simple slimline card. I used watercolour for the background and added railroad rails. I coloured the little house with Prismacolor pencils. To finish, I added krafty dots and Stickles around the edges.

Day #2 Wish Upon a Star at Kraftin' Kimmie

Ensuite, j'ai pris le stencil Magical Mosaic pour faire le fond. Pour la touche final, j'ai mis du Stickles sur les rebords et les nouveaux points en émail.

I made a 4" by 4" little card. I stamped the sentiment that comes with the set, I thought it looked like a Christmas tree!!! I then use the Magical Mosaic stencil for the background. For the finishing touch, I added Stickles around the edges and the new krafty dots.

Day #1 Krafty Elves at Kraftin' Kimmie

It's time for our October Release Peeks to begin at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

We've got lots of fun holiday goodness for you and we're kicking things off with a new stamp set that *might* look a little familiar... and that's because this set was the special release that was part of  our Krafty Fall Retreat Swag Bags!!!

Today's featured set is by fabby artist SABRINA VAN VLOTEN and it's called

KRAFTY ELVES!

I mean, what's more appropriate that some little Christmas elves getting krafty for the holidays?!! There are three main images... one baking, one making a toy train and of course, one colouring!!! There are some additional fun accessory stamps plus sentiments including a "handmade by" for the backs of your creations!

 J’ai décidé de faire des cartes de noms et des charmes pour un verre de vin!!!!  J'ai utilisé le stencil So Many Squares pour faire le fond des petites cartes. J'ai fini avec du Stickles sur les rebords.

I decided to make name tags and wine charms!!!! I used So Many Squares stencil for the background of the name cards. To finish, I added Stickles around the edges.

J'ai colorié toutes les images avec mes crayons Prismacolor.

I coloured all the images with Prismacolor pencils.

Pour faire les charmes, j'ai estampé les images sur du Shrinky Dinks. Je les ai ensuite colorié et je les ai fait rapetisser.

To make the charms, I stamped the images on Shrinky Dinks. I then coloured them and shrunk them.
