Voici la dernière image que j'ai colorié en fin de semaine.  J'essayais de choisir des couleurs plutôt neutre pour que ce soit plus facile de faire une carte par la suite.

Here's the last image I coloured this week-end at camping.  I tried using neutral colours to make it easier to finish the card.

J'aime tellement ce papier à motif.  C'est parfait avec ces petites bicyclettes!  J'ai mis beaucoup de brillant, c'est une carte féminine après tout, *rire*!!!  J'ai découpé la forme à gauche avec ma Cricut et la cartouche Art of Philosophy.
I love this patterned paper.  It's perfect with its little bicycles!  I put lots of sparkle, it's a girlie card after all, lol!!!  I cut the shape on the left with my Cricut and the Art of Philosophy cartridge. 

J'ai colorié Tilda avec mes Copics.  J'ai ajouté du Smooch Illuminate sur son bicycle et ensuite du Crystal Effect.  J'ai colorié les billes de verre avec mes Copics.

I coloured Lovelypop Tilda with Copics.  I added Smooch Illuminate on her bike and then Crystal Effects.  I coloured the Dew Drops with Copics.

I followed the sketch at Just Magnolia.  I wanted the beautiful paper to show, that's why I replaced the square by a shape in the top left corner.

J'ai colorié cette image au camping et je viens de terminer la carte.  Mon petit doigt me dit que quelqu'un va bien aimer les couleurs, *rire*!!!

I coloured this image at camping and just finished the card.  A  little birdie told me that somebody will like the colours, lol!!!

J'ai embossé le fond avec un fichier qui a des insectes dessus.  Je croyais que ça irait bien avec la petite coccinelle.  J'ai mis du Stickles et un charme comme d'habitude.  J'ai colorié le ruban et les boules avec mes Copics.

I embossed the background with a bug folder.  I thought it would fit really well with the little ladybug.  I put Stickles and a charm as usual.  I coloured the ribbon and Dew Drops with Copics.

J'ai colorié Tilda avec mes Copics et ajouté du Smooch Illuminate sur les coeurs et les ronds.  J'ai ajouté un peu de gazon pour qu'elle ne flotte pas!
I coloured Ladybug Tilda with Copics and added Smooch Illuminate on the hearts and the polka dots.  I put a bit of grass to ground her.

Here in Canada, it's the May long week-end.  We took advantage of it and went for some luxury camping.  What I mean by this is we bought a travel trailer RV style, with queen size bed, shower and even TV!!!  I still manage to color 3 images.  Here's the first one:

Here's the last card in black and white for the class at Carousel.

Le carton est de SU et j'ai ajouté des fausses coutures avec un crayon gel blanc.  Le ruban et "paper candi" sont du magasin.  Je les ai coloriés avec mes Copics.

The cardstock is from SU and I added fake stitches with a white gel pen.  The ribbon and paper candi are from the store.  I coloured them with Copics.

J'ai colorié Edwin sur du carton Neenah Solar White avec mes Copics.  J'ai ajouté du Crystal Effects sur le thermomètre.

Christmas Card Challenge week/semaine 25

Hi everyone,

It's this time of the week again:  a challenge at Christmas Card Challenge!!!

For this week's challenge, we have a wonderful sketch for you to try.  Please keep in mind that all challenges are optional. The only real rule is that you must create a new Christmas Holdiay, Winter or Hanukkah card. Also, it is not necessary to use a SCRS stamp on your card, but we sure love it when you do!

Pour cette semaine, on a un croquis fantastique pour vous.  N'oubliez pas que les défis sont optionels.  La seule règle est de faire une carte de Noël ou d'hiver.

I got the patterned paper at my local craft store.  I stamped and embossed the bottom panel with a SU Christmas stamp.  I added a beautiful ribbon and Stickles. On the top picture, I added Dew Drops in the corner.  I'm not sure what I like best?

J'ai trouvé le papier à motif au magasin de bricolage local.  J'ai estampé et embossé le paneau du bas avec une estampe de Noël de SU.  J'ai ajouté un beau ruban argenté et du Stickles.  Dans la photo du haut, j'ai ajouté des perles transparentes.  Je ne suis pas sure laquelle j'aime le mieux?

I coloured Tilda with Copics on Xpress Blending cardstock.  I added lots of sparkle, Smooch Illuminate and 2 kinds of Stickles.  I also put Crystal Effects on the stick.

It's this time of the year when kids starts to play soccer. I kept the card very simple so that the image pops!  I coloured the ribbon and paper candi with Copics.

I have a guy card, again!!!  It's in the same tones as my card with Edwin playing tennis.

J'adore les couleurs de ce paquet de papier à motif de DCWV!  Il est parfait pour toutes mes cartes masculines.  J'ai mis un peu de Stickles et des Dew Drops dans les coins.  J'ai ajouté des coutures avec mon crayon gel blanc.
I love the colours in this paper pack from DCWV!  It's perfect for all masculine cards.  I put a little bit of Stickles and Dew Drops in the corners.  I added stitches with a white gel pen.

Christmas Card Challenge week/Semaine 24

Hi everyone,

It's this time of the week again:  a challenge at Christmas Card Challenge!!!

For this week's challenge, we would like to see old/neglected stamps on your card.  Please keep in mind that all challenges are optional. The only real rule is that you must create a new Christmas Holdiay, Winter or Hanukkah card. Also, it is not necessary to use a SCRS stamp on your card, but we sure love it when you do!

 The cardstock are from SU.  I embossed the background and coloured a WOC ribbon to match the card.  The sentiment comes with the stamp set.

Le carton est de SU.  J'ai embossé le fond et colorié le ruban de WOC pour agencer avec la carte.   Le sentiment vient avec l'ensemble d'estampes.

 I coloured the Santa from Jolliest Time of the Year from SU with Copics on Xpress blending cardstock.  I got this stamp when I first started card making years ago!  I added Stickles and Glitter Ritz.

J'ai une autre carte aujourd'hui.  Celle-ci est définitivement pour une fille!  Disons que je me suis fais plaisir, une petite ballerine toute en mauve et rose avec beaucoup de fleurs.

I have another card today.  This one is definitely girly!  Let's say that I picked everything I liked, little ballerina, violet and dusty rose tones and lots of flowers.

J'ai fait le fond il y a très longtemps avec de l'encre SU.  J'ai embossé le paneau mauve et mis du Stickles et vieilli les rebords.  Les libellules sont de Magnolia.  J'ai ajouté du cotton fromage et de la dentelle.

I made the spotted paper a long time ago with SU ink.  I embossed the purple panel, distressed and put Stickles on the edges.  The dragonflies are Magnolia.  I added cheesecloth and lace.

J'ai colorié la petite Tilda avec mes Copics sur du carton Xpress Blending.  J'ai ajouté du Stickles et Smooch Illuminate.

I coloured Tilda with Ballet Shoes with Copics on Xpress Blending cardstock.  I added Stickles and Smooch Illuminate.
