Ready, Set, School!

Bonjour,
Voici une carte pour le retour à l'école.  Je n'ai aucune estampe pour cette occasion, je n'ai pas d'enfants et mon neveu et ma nièce sont encore trop jeune.  Il a donc fallu que je trouve une autre façon de démontrer une carte scolaire.
Hello,
Here's a card for back to school.  I don't have any stamps for this, I don't have kids and my nephew and niece are still too young to go.  I had to dig deep to find a way to show something "schoolish"!!!
J'ai utilisé du papier à motif de DCWV.  C'est le seul papier que j'ai qui a des lettres et je trouvais que les formes en arrière plan rappelaient des blocs pour jouer.  J'ai mis des attaches françaises de SU et écrit le sentiment à la main.
I used DCWV patterned paper.  It was the only paper with letters that I owned and the shapes in the background reminded me of building block.  I put some SU brads and hand wrote the sentiment.
J'ai colorié Tilda avec mes Copics et ajouté des Stickles et du Crystal Effects.  J'ai utilisé une technique de Suzanne Dean pour les jeans.  Je les trouve assez réussi, *rire*!!!
I coloured Tilda with Copics and added Stickles and Crystal Effects.  I used a Suzanne Dean technic for the jeans.  I think it turned out pretty good, lol!!!
J'ai fait les coins avec du métal.
I made the corners with metal.
