I promise, it's the last Valentine's card for the year!
J'ai colorié l'image de LOTV avec mes Copics et ajouté du Crystal Effects sur les bulles.
I coloured the LOTV image with Copics and added Crystal Effects on the bubbles.

Oh Brigitte, this card is absolutely adorable. I love the layout and the technique you used for the shadowing. If I am not mistaken you used glossy accents or it's equivalent on the balloons, I love that stuff.
