Monthly Saturday Challenge Mid Inspiration Post

at Kraftin' Kimmie

We are back today with an inspirational post showcasing more ideas to inspire you and help get your creative juices flowing!

We can't wait to see what you create!

This month the challenge themes for you are: 

Ribbon/Twine, Summer and/or Blue!

For this challenge, I used all three themes. I coloured the majestic mermaid from You Are Mer-Mazing with Copics. As for the background, I used watercolour and the new stencil Underwater Scenery. 

I finished with Stickers around the edges, twine and some krafty dots.

You can choose any or all - whatever inspires you!

Our Ink Of The Month, which will be on sale all month long, just happens to be a lovely shade of blue!! This month features the gorgeous Amazing Azure Ink Pad, Cube and Reinker! Grab it now to add to your collection.

Every month we post a brand new challenge with three themes to choose from, and a mid month inspiration post with even more creative ideas! You are welcome to enter as many times as you like.

This month's challenge will remain open until July 31st.

These must be new creations and you are welcome to use any stamp, however, using Kraftin' Kimmie Stamp products will earn you double entries!

Mermaid Kisses at Kraftin’ Kimmie

   Woohoo!!! 

Today we are celebrating all the new fabulous goodies in our July Release that are NOW available in the

 Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps Shop!

and we're excited to share it ALL with you in a fabulous krafty HOP!

I created the scene with elements from bot Mermaid Kisses and Underwater Pals. I coloured them with Prismacolor pencils and finished the water with watercolour.

Underwater Pals at Kraftin' Kimmie

Welcome back to Day TWO of our July Krafty Peeks!

Are you excited about what you've seen so far!?  Are you ready for more?

I hope your answer was yes because we've got more fabulous fun for you today!

The stamp set we are 'peeking' for you today is from 

artist Neda Sadreddin

 and it's called.....

UNDERWATER PALS!

This fun and fabulous set perfectly coordinates with the beautiful Mermaid Kisses set we shared yesterday!! Just think about the awesome underwater scenes you'll be creating! 

I decided to make a birthday card with these hilarious critters!!! I used Underwater Scenery stencil for the background and coloured the sea creatures with Copics. I added lots of shimmer but once again, it didn't show up on the picture!

Mermaid Kisses at Kraftin' Kimmie

Who's ready for lots of brand new Krafty goodies?!

It's time for our July Release Peeks to begin 

at Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps!

Today we have a beautiful underwater set to start off the week

designed by Neda Sadreddin,

 and it's called.....

MERMAID KISSES! 

You'll find three enchanting mermaids ready to share their magic and of course, in true Neda style, so many fantastic accessories!! 

For this girlie card, I made the background with the new stencil Sassy Seashells and different KKS inks. I then put some Opal foil on top for an iridescent look (it doesn't show on the picture :(  ).

I coloured the mermaids with Prismacolor pencils and the water with watercolour.

As you hop around the design team's blogs today you'll be able to check out MERMAID KISSES! in action in combination with our other new
