Je veux vous montre une carte à secouer pour bébé qui peut être pour un garçon ou une fille.  

Hi,

I want to show you a shaker baby card that could be for a boy or girl.

J'ai pris des teintes toutes douces en vert et jaune.  Les cartons et sentiment sont de SU.  J'ai découpé le treillis avec ma Cuttlebug et un pochoir de Cheery Lynn Design.  Le charme est de ru*charmed sur ebay et le ruban du magasin de bricolage local.  J'ai ajouté des petites perles aux intersections du treillis.

I used soft tones in yellow and green.  The cardstock and sentiment are from SU.  I cut the lattice with a Cheery Lynn Design die cut.  The charm is from ru*charmed on ebay and the ribbon from the local craft store.  I added little pearls at the lattice intersection.

J'ai colorié la fantastique image de Lili of the Valley avec mes Copics sur du carton Cryogen White.  J'ai ajouté du Smooch Illuminate et mis des perles pour la carte à secouer.
I coloured Little Sleepy Head from Lili of the Valley with Copics on Cryogen White cardstock.  I added Smooch Illuminate and put beads for the shaker card.

Here's another guy card.  It's perfect for BBQ season.

Le carton et ruban sont de SU.  Le sentiment est de LOTV.  J'ai embossé le bas du carton bleu avec un fichier de Simply Charmed de Provocraft.
The cardstock and ribbon are from SU.  The sentiment is a LOTV stamp.  I embossed the bottom of the blue cardstock with a Provocraft embossing folder called Simply Charmed.

J'ai colorié l'ourson de LOTV avec mes Copics sur du carton Xpress Blending.  J'ai ajouté du Crystal Effects sur le BBQ.

I finished a couple of cards.  Actually three and they're all for guys!

J'ai trouvé le papier à motif au magasin de bricolage.  Je le trouve bien amusant et parfait pour des enfants!  Le sentiment est de LOTV et j'ai fait les boutons avec ma Cricut.  
I found the patterned paper at my local craft store.  I think it's such a fun pattern, perfect for kids!  The sentiment is LOTV and I made the buttons with my Cricut.

Christmas Card Challenge Week/Semaine 23

Hi everyone,

It's this time of the week again:  a challenge at Christmas Card Challenge!!!

For this week's challenge, we would like to see a funny card.  Please keep in mind that all challenges are optional. The only real rule is that you must create a new Christmas Holdiay, Winter or Hanukkah card. Also, it is not necessary to use a SCRS stamp on your card, but we sure love it when you do!

In my case, I made a funny/morbid card!!!  My husband loves to talk about zombies and guns and this will be his Christmas card!  He has two weapons to choose from to defend himself, lol!

Dans mon cas, j'ai fait une carte amusante et morbide à la fois!  Mon mari aime parler de zombies et de fusil et c'est sa carte de Noël.  Il a deux armes à choisir pour se défendre, *rire*!!!

I want to show you my mum's Mother's Day card.  She knits all the time, that's why I choose this image.

J'espère qu'elle va aimer!  J'avais déjà le papier à motif ainsi que le fil à tricoter.  Pour ce qui est du carton, c'est du SU.  J'ai ajouté des pierres, un charme (de ru*charmed) et des fleurs de WOC.

I hope she will like!  The patterned paper and knitting yarn are from my stash.  The cardstock is SU.  I added little stones, a charm (from ru*charmed) and WOC flowers.

C'est aujourd'hui le début du nouveau défi chez By The Cute And Girly.  Notre thème du mois est le printemps autour de nous!  Quel merveilleux temps de l'année quand les fleurs sortent et qu'on peut mettre une orteil dans l'eau!

I used very soft colours, that represent spring for me.  I added a dragonfly die cut, feathers and flowers from WOC.  It doesn't show in the picture, but I embossed the top portion of the background.

J'ai utilisé des couleurs très douces qui me font penser au printemps.  J'ai ajouté une libellule, des plumes et de fleurs de WOC.  Ça me parait pas dans la photo, mais j'ai embossé la partie supérieure du fond.

I coloured the gorgeous Waterlily Tilda with Copics on Neenah Solar White cardstock.  I try again the no line method and I stamped the image with Pink Angel Memento ink.

J'ai colorié la belle Tilda avec mes Copics sur du carton Neenah Solar White.  J'ai essayé une deuxième fois la technique sans ligne en estampant l'image avec de l'encre Pink Angel de Memento.

Amour vieillot/Sepia tones love

Voici la deuxième carte pour le cours blanc & noir et vieillot chez Carousel.  J'adore cette estampe de Magnolia.  Elle est parfaite pour un mariage, la St-Valentin ou un anniversaire de mariage.

Hello,

Here's the second card for the black & white and sepia class at Carousel.  I love this Magnolia stamp.  It's perfect for a wedding, Valentine's day or an anniversary.

Les cartons sont de SU.  J'ai embossé le fond avec le fichier Victoria et encré avec de l'encre DI Vintage Photo.  J'ai fait le portail avec un pochoir de Spellbinders et mis de petites perles avec Viva Decor Pearl.  Le beau ruban est du magasin.  J'ai mis du Stickles Champagne sur tout les rebords.
The cardstocks are from SU and the beautiful lace from the store.  I embossed the background with the Victoria folder and inked it with Vintage Photo DI.  I made the portal with a Spellbinders die cut and added little pearls with Viva Decor Pearl.  I put Champagne Stickles on the edges.

J'ai fait la grosse fleur avec un pochoir de Spellbinders que j'ai estampé avec une feuille de musique de LOTV.  Pour les petites fleurs, j'ai découpé un cercle de 1 1/4" et fait une spirale.  J'ai ensuite mis des perles et du Stickles.   Le centre de la fleur principale est un "paper candi".
I made the big flower with a Spellbinders die cut that I stamped with a LOTV music sheet.  For the little flowers, I cut a 1 1/4" circle and made a spiral.  I then put little pearls and Stickles.  The center of the main flower is a paper candi.

I realized last night that I had to send a birthday card for this morning.  I managed to finish it in about an hour!!!  I don't have any spares, as they are all for sale in a little coffee shop.

J'ai utilisé du carton, ruban et papier à motif de SU.  J'ai embossé le fond et mis du Stickles.  Le sentiment est de LOTV.
I used SU cardstock, ribbon and patterned paper.  I embossed the background and put Stickles.  The sentiment is from LOTV.

J'ai colorié l'image de Lili of the Valley avec mes Copics sur du carton Cryogen White.  J'ai réalisé que j'avais oublié de mettre de la couleur entre les bras de l'ourson de gauche!  C'est trop tard, la carte est partie!
I coloured Birthday Bumbs from Lili of the Valley with Copics on Cryogen White cardstock.  I realized that I forgot to colour between the arms of the left bear!  It's too late, the card is already gone!
