Voici une carte de Nöel figurant la petite Tilda de Magnolia.

Here's a Christmas card featuring Tilda from Magnolia.

J'ai utilisé du papier et carton de SU.  Le ruban est de mon magasin de bricolage, la dentelle du magasin de tissu et la fleur de WOC.  J'ai vieilli, encré et mis du Stickles sur les rebords.

I used SU patterned paper and cardstock.  I sprayed some gold Shimmer Spritz to make it really sparkly!  The ribbon is from my craft store, the lace from my stash and the flower from WOC.

J'ai colorié Tilda avec mes Copics.  J'ai mis du Smooch Illuminate sur sa chemise, du Stickles sur la dentelle et du Crystal Effects sur les boules de Nöel.

I coloured Tilda hanging ornaments with Copics.  I put Smooch Illuminate on her shirt, Stickles on the lace and Crystal Effects on the ornaments.

J'ai découpé l'arbre chez mon magasin de bricolage.  J'ai ajouté de l'encre blanche et mis du Glitter Ritz par dessus.  J'ai ensuite mis des petites lumières.

I cut the tree at my craft store.  I added white ink and put Glitter Ritz on top.  I then put little lights.

 J'ai fait une carte de Nöel au couleurs très traditionelles.  Il n'y a aucun papier à motif, c'est moi qui ai estampé pour obtenir ce que je voulais.  J'ai ajouté un coin en argent de WOC et fait les petits points avec un crayon Sakura Glaze.  J'ai mis du Stickles sur les rebords.

I made a Christmas card with very traditional colours.  There isn't any patterned paper, I made them with stamps.  I added a silver corner from WOC and made the little dots with a Sakura Glaze pen.  I put Stickles on the edges.

J'ai colorié Tilda avec mes Copics et ajouté du Smooch Illuminate sur le ruban et du Stickles sur la fourrure.

I coloured Tucked Tilda with Copics and added Smooch Illuminate on the bow and Stickles on the trim.

Christmas Card Challenge New Designer Team/Nouvelle equipe de designer chez Christmas Card Challenge

I don't know if you remember a couple of weeks ago when I mentionned I had good news?  Well, I applied for the design team at Christmas Card Challenge...   And I got accepted!!!!  I'm so excited I can't stand myself, neither can my husband, lol!!!
So without further ado, we're announcing the new Design Team for the first 2012 term at the Christmas Card Challenge blog.  There is some AMAZING new designers (I'm one of them, lol!!!) and I can't wait for you to see what we come up with each week.  We will begin (the new designers) on the 4th of December.
Now, we're doing this DT announcement a bit different.  We have never had a blog hop at the CCC, and decided that we're going to announce everyone via blog hop.  Almost like a scavenger hunt to find out who the new designers are.  Fun, huh?  What does that mean exactly?  Well, it starts at the CCC blog, and then you're directed to the next blog, which happens to be all the new, and some returning, designers blogs.  Along the way, you'll get to know each of the new designers, as they share a project and tell you a bit about themselves.
We have a few returning designers, and six new designers, along with 6 new guest designers.
Don't forget to leave some blog love for each of them, as there will be one lucky winner of some cool Christmas goodies.  I mean, what's a blog hop without some candy, right? :)

So, a little bit about myself...  My name's Brigitte and I'm in the Canadian military.  My job consist of flying in the back of the SeaKing helicopter and operate the electronic equipment.  I'm married to my wonderful husband Sébastien, you can probably gather from our names that our first language is french!  We have four cats that are my babies. 
I started making cards about 7 years ago when I got posted to Cold Lake in northern Alberta (for those of you who don't know where it is, it's a 3 hour drive to the nearest city).  I was bored out of my mind and discovered lots of different ways to craft, lol!!!  Then I got moved to Halifax (east coast) in 2008 and discovered Copics a year ago and a love story was born!

Il y a a peu près deux semaines, j'ai annoncé que j'avais une bonne nouvelle.  Je peux maintenant vous l'annoncer.  J'ai appliqué pour une position de designer chez Christmas Card Challenge...  et j'ai été choisi!!!  Je suis tellement énervé que j'ai de la misère à me supporter, mon mari aussi, *rire*!!!
Sans plus de délai, nous vous présentons la nouvelle équipe pour le premier terme 2012 de Christmas Card Challenge blog.  Les nouvelles designer sont fantastiques (je suis une d'elle, *rire*!!!) et à partir du 4 décembre, vous pourrez voir leurs créations.

Bon, je vous dévoile un petit peu à propos de moi...  Mon nom est Brigitte et je suis dans l'armée de l'air Canadienne.  Je travaille dans le SeaKing, un hélicoptere militaire, et opère les systèmes électroniques en vol.  Je suis marrié à Sébastien, l'homme le plus merveilleux du monde!!!  Nous sommes du Québec et notre langue première est le français.  Nous avons quatre chats qui sont mes bébés.  J'ai commencé à faire des cartes en 2004 quand j'ai été posté à Cold Lake, au nord de l'Alberta (pour ceux qui ne savent pas c'est ou, c'est à trois heures d'une ville).  Je m'ennuyait terriblement et j'ai découvert plein de façon de bricoler, *rire*!!!  J'ai déménagé a Halifax (sur la côte Est) en 2008 puis je suis tombé en amour avec les marqueurs Copics ça fait a peu pres un an.

I have a really quick post tonight.  I made a Christmas card following Kraftin' Kimmie sketch.

J'ai embossé le fond avec ma Cuttlebug et vaporisé du Sheer Shimmer Spritz.  J'ai remplacé le cercle du croquis par un flocon que j'ai fait avec un pochoir de Spellbinder et dont j'ai ensuite mis des perles de sucres.  J'ai appliqué les pierres avec mon I-Rock.  Le papier est de SU, l'image de Kraftin' Kimmie, le ruban blanc de WOC et le noir de Wallmart.

I embossed the background with my Cuttlebug and the snowflake folder and then sprayed Sheer Shimmer Spritz.  I replaced the circle in the sketch by a snowflake that I made with a Spellbinders die cut and then added sugar beads on top.  I put the bling with my I-Rock.  The cardstock is SU, the image Kraftin' Kimmie, the white ribbon WOC and the black ribbon is from Wallmart.

J'ai colorié Miles et Maisie avec mes Copics.  J'ai ajouté du Crystal Effects sur leurs nez, du Stickles sur la fourrure et du Smooch Illuminate sur son manteau.

I coloured Miles and Maisie with Copics.  I added Crystal Effects on their noses, Stickles on the trim and Smooch Illuminate on her coat.

It's me again (obviously since it's my blog!!!).  Saturday is coming pretty quickly and I need Christmas cards for the market!  So, I have ANOTHER Christmas card, lol!!!

J'ai suivi le croquis de Sweet Sketch Wednesday et utilisé du papier et estampes de SU.  J'ai encré et mis du Stickles sur les rebords.  J'ai colorié le ruban avec mes Copics pour qu'il aille avec le reste de la carte.  Les petites perles sont de WOC.  J'ai fait les trois carrés avec des estampes de sentiment de SU.

I followed Sweet Sketch Wednesday's sketch and used SU cardstock and stamps.  I inked and put Stickles on the edges.  I coloured the ribbon with Copics to fit the rest of the card.  The tiny pearls are from WOC.  I made the three squares with SU sentiment stamps.

J'ai mis du Glitter Ritz sur du papier et puis estampé cette image de SU.  C'est vraiment très brilliant, c'est pour cela que la photo n'est pas trop bonne.

I put Glitter Ritz on a piece of cardstock and then stamped this SU image.  It's really sparkly, this is why the picture is not the greatest.

Père Nöel/Cool Santa

Il neige ici, je suis bien contente, ça à l'air du Temps des Fêtes!  Pour l'occasion, j'ai fait une carte de Nöel en suivant le croquis de Sketch Saturday.  Comme si j'avais besoin d'une raison, *rire*!!!

It's snowing here and I'm really happy, it feels like the Holidays!  For the occasion, I made a Christmas card following Sketch Saturday's sketch.  As if I needed a reason, lol!!!

J'ai utilisé du papier et ruban de SU.  J'ai fait de fausses coutures avec un crayon gel or et mis du Stickles sur les rebords.  J'ai ajouté les trois pierres avec mon I-Rock.

I used SU patterned paper, cardstock and ribbon.  I made fake stitches with a gold gel pen and put Stickles on the edges.  I added the bling with my I-Rock.

J'ai colorié le Père Nöel de Magnolia avec mes Copics et ajouté du Stickles sur la fourrure.

I coloured Cool Santa from Magnolia with Copics and added Stickles on the trims.

I finished another Christmas card.  I'm not too sure of the result, there's a lot of pink, lol!!!

Le papier à motif est de Tim Holtz et le carton de SU.  J'ai fait les flocons avec un pochoir de Spellbinders et mis du Glitter Ritz par dessus.  J'ai mis les pierres avec mon I-Rock et ajouté un sentiment de SU.  Le ruban est de WOC.  J'ai ajouté des Stickles sur les rebords.
The patterned paper is Tim Holtz and the cardstock is SU.  I made the snowflakes with a Spellbinders die cut and put Glitter Ritz on them.  I applied the bling with my I-Rock and added a SU sentiment.  The seam binding is WOC and I made the bow with my Bow-Easy.  I added Stickles on the edges.

J'ai colorié Tilda avec mes Copics et ajouté du Stickles sur la dentelle.  Sur la boule de Nöel, j'ai mis du Smooch Illuminate et puis du Crystal Effects.

Today, I'm showing you another Christmas card.  It seems that all my post starts this way, lol!!!

J'ai trouvé le papier à motif dans le fin fond d'un tirroir!  Ça fait au moins 8 ans que je l'ai!  Le carton et ruban sont de SU.  J'ai embossé le sentiment de Tim Holtz et mis des brilliants un peu partout.  J'ai aussi mis du Stickles sur les rebords (surprise, surprise!).

I found the patterned paper in my stash.  It's been at least 8 years that I got it!  The cardstock and ribbon is SU.  I embossed the Tim Holtz sentiment and put bling everywhere.  I also added Stickles on the edges (surprise, surprise!).

J'ai colorié James l'ourson avec mes Copics.  J'ai ajouté du Stickles sur la guirlande et du Crystal Effects sur les boules de Nöel.  Elles sont si brillantes que l'on voit le reflet de ma lampe dans celle de gauche!

I coloured James the Bear - Wrapped in Tinsel with Copics.  I added Stickles on the garland and Crystal Effects on the ornaments.  They're so shinny that you can actually see the reflection of my lamp on the left one!

I just finished teaching a Copics and Annie Rodrigue (from Kraftin' Kimmie) angel's class.  There was 5 wonderful ladies and it went well.  I was a little nervous since it was the first time for me, but we had fun and I might do it again, lol!!!  I want to tell you right away that this post will be long.  I have tons of pictures of the class, I want to show you a Christmas card and also a card that I got Top 5.

Voici la nouvelle carte de Nöel.  Tout les papiers sont de SU.  J'ai vieilli et mis du Stickles sur les rebords.  J'ai embossé le paneau du bas avec ma Cutlltbug et le paneau derrière l'image avec de la poudre à embosser argent.  Le ruban et fleurs sont de WOC.  Le sentiment est de SU.

Here's the new Christmas card.  All patterned paper and cardstock are SU.  I distressed and put Stickles on the edges.  I embossed the bottom panel with my Cuttlebug and the Heart folder.   I used silver embossing powder for the panel behind the image.  The ribbon and flowers are WOC.  The sentiment is SU.

I have the fifth card for the challenge at Christmas Cards All Year 'Round and it is to follow their sketch.

C'est encore une fois une carte très simple.  J'ai embossé le fond avec ma Cuttlebug et puis mis du Stickles sur les rebords.  J'ai mis du Glitter Ritz sur le paneau central et estampé une image de SU.  Le sentiment est aussi de SU et les perles de WOC.

It's a very simple card, again!  I embossed the background with my Cuttlebug and put Stickles on the edges.  I put Glitter Ritz on the main panel and stamped a SU image.  The sentiment is also SU and the pearls are WOC.

J'espère que vous aimez bien mon nouveau genre.  Dans deux fin de semaine, j'ai pris une table à mon marché local et je vais essayer de vendre mes cartes!  C'est pour ça que j'ai besoin de cartes qui prennent moins de temps à faire, *rire*!!!

I hope that you like this new style for me.  In two week-ends, I booked a table at my local market to sell my cards.  This is why I needed cards that were faster to make, lol!!!
